Can I send my items internationally?
Yes, we can despatch internationally. Please see the rate card relevant to your dispatch region.
You will need to be opted-in to international delivery on each individual SKU. To enable international shipping at a SKU level, please refer to the SKU Information.
What countries are considered international?
All other destinations outside of United Kingdom, including Guernsey, Jersey, and Northern Ireland/Ireland - Electronic custom forms is produced to go through clearance. CN22 Description is required.
What is a CN22 Description?
CN22 Description is a recognised generic description relating to the product type you are selling. For example, cosmetics could be described as ‘Beauty Products’.
How do I set up international shipping?
International shipping will need to be enabled on a per SKU basis. As well as enabling this service, you will need to select the countries you wish to service as well as ensuring a HS/Commodity Code has been populated against the product. Please note, depending on the destination you may also require a VAT/IOSS registration number to be populated on your Orange Connex portal. This information will then be documented on the relevant dispatch paperwork.
What is a HS code?
HS code (Harmonised Code) also known as a Commodity Code is a code recognised globally assigned to the goods. This is used to identify the goods during the importation process.
How can I locate this for my products?
All suppliers will be able to provide this information for any items they have supplied. Alternatively, gov.uk will be able to support this process.
