Order Exception means that we have received the order however it is unable to be despatched due to an issue i.e., postcode issue service issue.

What are the solutions for orders that enter ‘Exception’ stage?

Solutions are to contact Customer Service team, and we will advise how to fix or alternatively raise this internally if we are unable to advise exactly what the issue is
